Business Listing Terms & Conditions

These Business Terms apply to all businesses, merchants, and service providers listing on Goshp Business Directory at https://business.goshp.com/

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a business account and submitting a listing, you agree to these Business Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our merchant services.

2. Eligibility

To list your business, you must:

• Be 18+ years old and legally authorized to represent the business
• Own the business or have written permission from the owner
• Provide a valid business name, address, phone number, and email

3. Listing Submission & Approval

• Accuracy: All business info, photos, and descriptions must be true and up-to-date
• Review: We reserve the right to review, approve, edit, or reject any listing
• Categories: List your business under the correct category only
• One Listing Per Location: Only one listing per physical business location allowed

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT list businesses or content that are:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Adult content, gambling, weapons, or drugs
• Duplicate listings, fake businesses, or PO Box addresses only
• Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights

We will remove such listings without refund.

5. Photos & Media

You must own rights to all photos/videos uploaded. By uploading, you grant Goshp Business Directory a license to display, promote, and use them on our platform and marketing.

6. Pricing & Payments

• Free Listings: Basic listing is free with limited features
• Premium Listings: Paid plans offer priority ranking, more photos, ads. Prices shown at checkout
• Refunds: Paid plans are non-refundable after activation, except as required by law
• Renewal: Premium plans auto-renew unless cancelled before billing date

7. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may post reviews on your listing. You may not post fake reviews or ask others to do so. You can respond to reviews professionally. We do not remove negative but honest reviews.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a merchant, you agree to:

• Keep your listing info accurate and updated
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for spam, scams, or harmful activities

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or delete your listing/account without notice if you violate these Terms, provide false info, receive excessive complaints, or harm our platform reputation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Goshp Business Directory is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee leads, sales, or business outcomes. We are not responsible for transactions between you and customers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Business Terms. Continued use of merchant services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
